Welcome to WinzBox. By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any lottery competition.

1. Eligibility

  • WinzBox is open only to residents of Nigeria who are 18 years and above.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  • Employees of WinzBox and their direct family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate details (name, email, phone number, bank account/crypto wallet, delivery address).

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

  • WinzBox may suspend or close accounts found to be fraudulent or misleading.

3. How Competitions Work

  • Competitions (lotteries) are displayed with their prize, ticket price, and closing time.

  • Users may buy multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning.

  • Each competition closes at the advertised time, and no further entries will be accepted.

  • Winners are selected randomly by our system and announced on the WinzBox Blog.

4. Payments

  • All payments are made securely through Paystack (Card, Bank Transfer, USSD, Opay, Palmpay and more) or Crypto (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH).

  • Ticket purchases are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • If a competition is canceled, the full ticket amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Prizes & Delivery

  • Cash Prizes (₦): Paid directly into the winner’s Nigerian bank account.

  • Crypto Prizes: Sent to the winner’s provided USDT TRC20 wallet address.

  • Phones & Gadgets: Delivered to the Nigerian address provided during claim.

  • Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of winner announcement; otherwise, they may be forfeited.

  • WinzBox is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or banks.

6. Winner Announcements

  • Winners’ first name and last initial (e.g., Chinedu O.) may be published on the WinzBox Blog and social media for transparency.

  • Winners will also be notified by email and/or phone.

7. Fair Play & Security

  • All draws are conducted fairly and randomly using secure technology.

  • Any attempt to cheat, manipulate results, or misuse the platform will result in disqualification and possible legal action.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued if a competition is canceled.

  • No refunds are given for missed entries, wrong details, or user error.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • WinzBox is not responsible for:

    • Technical issues (network failures, website downtime, etc.)

    • Delays caused by payment providers, banks, or delivery companies

    • Any indirect or consequential loss related to your use of the platform

10. Changes to Terms

  • WinzBox reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
